DIANA TAPPING – ABSTRACT  EXPRESSIONIST PAINTER

In Diana Tapping’s paintings, the visible world is transformed into an abstract composition that holds true to the subject.  Inspired by the often transient nature of light, colour, and weather, she is constantly experimenting with various materials and media to find new ways to visually express her place in the landscape.

As a regular exhibitor at national art competitions Diana’s work has gained international status and her paintings hang in many private and public collections. 

In addition to tutoring workshops in London and from her home studio, Diana continues to develop and extend her own practice through masterclasses and painting courses in the UK and abroad.
